Reflections of life is one of those accounts that has restored my faith in the goodness of people and the beauty of life. I wholeheartedly recommend taking a look if you're feeling lost, in need of positivity, or simply love being inspired by kind-hearted individuals.
There was a time when I began my day with a Reflections of life video because it allowed me to rediscover the beauty in the world. Especially during moments of depression, it was challenging for me to rise in the morning and look forward to the day ahead. Those videos genuinely helped me unearth that little spark hidden deep within, somewhere far away.
To this day, their videos continue to have a profound impact on me. They serve as gentle reminders of the essence of life, our own purposes, and the significance of connecting with the right people and nature.

Justine and Michael are two passionate creatives on a journey to share positive stories. They make films that excites them – they call these their passion projects. Everywhere they look, they see a world filled with inspiration. Sometimes it’s capturing a conversation with someone who appreciates the true beauty in the world. Other times it’s meeting interesting people who are inspired by nature. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
We use our passion for filmmaking and our love of storytelling, to remind our audience of one simple truth – that we are all human – inside our hearts and minds, we all face similar challenges.
